Introducing the MerdekaL1 Litepaper: Building Sovereign, Post-Quantum Financial Infrastructure
We are publishing the MerdekaL1 Litepaper. It sets out the architecture, proposed governance and first financial use case for MerdekaL1, the sovereign Layer-1 blockchain e23 is building in Malaysia. MerdekaL1 is written in Rust and uses post-quantum cryptography to secure its consensus and networking. Phase 1 is complete and a pre-pilot developer network is running.
